Just a few miles outside Dartmoor National Park, in the beautiful Devon countryside, our luxurious holiday home offers fabulous contemporary accommodation.

Orchard Barn is a luxurious and spacious three-bedroom barn conversion. Set on our working farm, it has been lovingly renovated, and lies in a truly rural setting.

Standing detached, Orchard Barn greets guests with a delicious welcome pack of thoughtfully provided fresh local produce. Here you can really enjoy your escape to the countryside. The open plan living space includes a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely dining and living area with a wood burner for the cooler months and air conditioning for the summer. The kitchen has a beautiful island worktop with a couple of stools, the perfect spot to plan your adventurous day ahead over a morning coffee, and later you can gather round the striking oak dining table for a celebratory meal.

The spacious living area combines traditional features of the barn fantastically with contemporary touches, and heading upstairs you will find the three comfortable bedrooms, each with a super kingsize bed (two of the zip and link bedrooms can be split to accommodate four children in one bedroom if required), two with an en-suite shower room, and the other bedroom has use of the family bathroom which showcases a luxurious roll-top bath where you can relax and soak up those holiday feelings with a glass of your favourite tipple in hand with uninterrupted countryside views.

Sit outside and enjoy the sun and the peace in the garden beside the apple orchard, with its outdoor seating, picnic benches and barbecue with complimentary pack of locally produced charcoal. The large outdoor hot tub is fully heated and can seat up to 6 guests at a time. There is also an outside dog shower with hot and cold water for washing off muddy paws. The external games room area is a great additional space for families to enjoy, featuring a table tennis table, space to store bicycles and surfboards, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. If it is peace and quiet you want, then just sit back and enjoy a day relaxing on the terrace or snuggle up in front of the fire, depending the time of year you are staying.

• Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
• Bedroom 3: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
• Bathroom: With roll-top bath, walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
