Lamb

Reared on clover and herbal rich Devon pasture, the lamb in our meat boxes is tender and full of flavour.

Our Lamb is sourced from our Lleyn flock of ewes, which are lambed indoors in April and then turned out on to grass at a few days old, into the spring sunshine. Grazed on herbal leys, our sheep are raised as naturally as possible, with minimum medication.

We also supply meat from older animals, such as hogget and mutton. With even more flavour, this a traditional good-value meat is rightfully making a welcome comeback.
